    Straight Shooter Coffee is based in Waco, TX home of the Baylor Bears.

    When you place an order, it goes into a roasting queue. Each day that we roast, all orders for the same product are roasted together, packaged, and shipped out of our facility within 6 hours of completion.

    We cover shipping on coffee orders over $75 For all other orders we charge shipping based on location and weight. We ship to domestic USA and International.

    Normal roasting and shipping time takes 5 to 7 days and we do our best to maintain that service, however, due to COVID-19 precautions we are working with a staff in order to protect the workers, please allow up to 15 days to receive your coffee order and up to 20 days for merchandise.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Consumables such as coffee or other food items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged in transit may be returned provided that a photo of the damaged item is sent to beanmaster@straightshootercoffee.com Once we receive the photo, we will contact you to make arrangements for a replacement item. Merchandise must be unopened in original packaging. Please contact us at the above email address to allow us to assist with a resolution.

    We do not collect VAT/GST, brokerage/administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

    These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

    We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.

    You may cancel your order up to the time the roaster begins the roasting process. This normally happened between 12 hours and two days depending on the number of orders in the queue, however, there may be times when an order arrives in our system within minutes of the start of a roasting cycle, in which case it would not be cancelable.
